If you have any desire to upgrade a factory car audio system with nice componete/coaxial set of speakers and amp of course.. you better Dynamat it. The most embarssing thing to see er.. hear.. is ghetto ass sound system from a car that is 90% rattle. If you have decent aftermarket speakers, and they are powered properly.. they're gonna rattle some metal, and you don't want that!

If you're getting subs and want bass etc.. dynamat your car, truck wherever! Atleast try to get rid of vibrations from rattling metal somehow. Vibrations from metal in your car just kill the bass, all focus just becomes on the rattle and wtf.. no thats not cool. Pure clean deep warm basss is cool, without rattle.

Anyway, this post came from installing Memphis MClass Coaxial Speakers 5x7s without dynmat thinking they wouldn't rattle much.. but oh yes they do. Bought some Dynmat from The Specialist for $20 bucks a door kit.. 2 sheets.. and that fixed the problem instently. Don't be ghetto... Dynamat your car.
